This website is operated by Westgate Ventures LLC, doing business as Salt & Slab. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Westgate Ventures LLC. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMSBy agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

SECTION 2 - FOUNDERS EDITION & CUSTOM MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTSCertain items offered on our site are designated as "Founders Edition" or special production drops.

Custom Production: You acknowledge and agree that these specific items are custom printed, embroidered, and manufactured to order. Production commences only after the close of the designated launch window and final inventory tallies are locked.

Payment Clearance: All financial transactions, authorizations, and payment settlements must be fully processed and cleared before an item enters the production queue.

All Sales Final: Due to the highly limited, made-to-order nature of Founders Edition apparel, all sales are strictly final. Once the launch window has closed, orders are locked into production and cannot be modified, exchanged, or canceled.

SECTION 3 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & BRAND RIGHTS All content on this site, including but not limited to graphics, logos, original artwork, apparel designs, text, and images, is the exclusive property of Westgate Ventures LLC and is protected by federal trademark and copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our designs or intellectual property without express written permission from us.

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

SECTION 5 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 6 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In no case shall Westgate Ventures LLC, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products or services.

SECTION 7 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions arising from these terms shall be filed in the state or federal courts located in Idaho.
